DepositLab is a static website. We collect as little as a website reasonably can.
The calculator, checklists, and letter template run entirely in your browser. Numbers you enter, dates you pick, and checklist progress are stored on your own device (checklist progress uses your browser's local storage) and are never transmitted to us. The site has no accounts, no sign-ups, and no forms that submit to a server.
We use privacy-respecting, aggregate traffic measurement to know which guides are useful — page views and approximate geography, without building advertising profiles of individuals. If we later enable advertising (see our disclosures), advertising partners may set cookies under their own policies; where the law offers you choices about those cookies, we honor the strongest signal your browser sends.
If you email us, we receive what you send and keep it as long as needed to handle your question. We never sell, rent, or share correspondence.
The site is intended for adults and does not knowingly collect information from children.
If this policy changes materially, we will date and note the change at the top of this page.
